It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas “Jac” on 9 April 2026, aged 25 years. Jac passed away peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family and close friends at Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor. He was a beloved partner and best friend to Aimee, and a deeply cherished son of Sian and Bryan.
Jac was a proud and caring big brother to Kira, Mia, Lia, and Noa, whose lives he enriched with his warmth, humour, and unwavering support. He was a treasured grandson to Alun, Kev, Marilyn, and Michelle, and is reunited with his late grandmother, Sandra Parry. He will be fondly remembered as a dear nephew to Katie, Ben, and the late Dion, and as a loyal and much-loved godson to Nia Harris.
A true and steadfast friend, Jac held a special place in the lives of Tracy, Arron, Emma, and many others. His kindness, loyalty, and genuine spirit touched all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and enduring memories that will be held close by his extended family and wide circle of friends.
A service to celebrate Jac’s life will take place on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Llanbeblig Church, Caernarfon, followed by interment at Llanfairisgaer Cemetery, Y Felinheli. Attendees are respectfully invited to wear smart casual attire, with the option to incorporate the colours of his beloved Liverpool F.C.
