A senior student from Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains is in critical condition following a serious motorcycle accident that occurred Wednesday morning, according to officials.
Authorities confirmed that the rider was an 18-year-old male from the Bronx. Police stated that the incident involved only one vehicle—a motorcycle.
Westchester County police reported that the crash took place at approximately 8:30 a.m. as the student was exiting the Bronx River Parkway onto the Cross County Parkway in Yonkers. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident was reported.
