With deep sorrow and tender remembrance, we announce the passing of Symphony Ann Lamoureux, infant daughter of Larry Lamoureux and Madalyn Knop, who passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah. Though her time in this world was heartbreakingly brief, Symphony’s presence brought profound love and meaning to her family and all who welcomed her into their lives.
Symphony is lovingly survived by her devoted parents, Larry Lamoureux and Madalyn Knop, and her siblings, Landon Lamoureux, Isaac Lamoureux, and Charlotte Artis of Brookport, Illinois. She is also survived by her grandparents: Nina Lamoureux of Paducah; Tony Lamoureux of Reidland; Melissa Mikolaitis (Ty) of Brookport, Illinois; and Corey Knop (Malerie) of Flora, Illinois. She is cherished by five uncles—Gavin, Dylan, Kegann, Brady, and Nick—and one aunt, Larissa, along with her great-grandparents Tammy Gaetz (Donnie), Rich Mikolaitis (Joyce), and others. Symphony also leaves behind several great-aunts, great-uncles, and extended family members who hold her memory close.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Debbie Fischer, and her great-great-grandmother, Mary Long, who now welcome her with love.
A memorial service honoring Symphony’s life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah, with Pastor Adam Bretz officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the love and support shown during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made through donations to Starfish Orphan Ministry, 1000 Broadway Street, Paducah, KY 42001, in honor of Symphony’s memory.
